1. Check the organisation short name

   Organisation addresses start with a short name — the highlighted part above. A typo there won't match.

2. Look in your welcome email

   The correct link was sent when your organisation was set up.

3. Ask your administrator

   They can share the live address for your organisation.

If you still can't get in, contact your organisation administrator.
